Abstract
Hospital is an organization which has complex activity by participating many kinds of profession, one of them is nursing profession which has major effect of service quality of patient which products of hospital. This research was a descriptive by a cross sectional design to know describing of related between individual and hospital organization factor and work stress and related between work stress and nursing care performance of nurse providers at inpatient room of dr. Soegiri Hospital in Lamongan. This research used 74 nurses as samples which were all populations who had inclusion criterion, collecting data used a questionnaire. Analysis of relationship each variable was done by correlation test. Research result indicated individual factor, gender and personality type related to work stress, and organization policy of organization factor related to work stress. Individual factor, gender and organization factor including structure, policy, environment and organization process related to nursing care performance, and also work stress variables including cognitive impact, behavior, physiological and organization related to nursing care performance.
